Tracking History

My brother purchased an Eflite F-15 Eagle remote controller airplane. I wanted to read about this F-15 so I used DuckDuckGo to find a video. Less than 10 minutes after viewing a video I went to YouTube and the THIRD item showing was a 6 minute 38 second video of a F-15 rc plane. I understood DuckDuckGo would NOT track my viewing history, but yet here is a prime example of being tracked ! I hope there is a very valid reason (I doubt it) that my viewing history via DuckDuckGo was tracked.
