Totally lousy, non-responsive customer service

I re-ordered a water filter on May 10 and unlike previous orders for the same item which was shipped to me within a couple of days, no shipment notice has been sent, 10 days later. Every effort has been made to contact customer service online and there has been no response. In addition, the 800 number for customer service put me on hold for 1 hour when I was timed out. notunaunaccunaccpunacceptable..acceptable! User's recommendation: Be prepared for lousy customer service and be prepared to spend a long time on the phone.
