Totally disorganized, total lack of communication between reps
I have worked with other mail order pharmacies for an ongoing prescription with great success. The phone reps for envision are either badly trained or poorly paid or disinterested or all of the above. I have called for the same problem and have received different answers for the problem with obvious total lack of communication between service reps. They are polite and generally helpful, but their information varies according to the rep.
