If we had cancelled our tour ourselves I would agree but due to Covid the borders were closed and quarantine regulations were put in place - thus us what prevented us from being able to go on our tour. Very disappointed. Everything else we had booked fir thus holiday was reimbursed. Would not recommend Viator to anybody else. User's recommendation: Would not recommend Viator. Sadly we had been really looking forward to this tour.
