Total Loss Department

I have had a total loss in November 2020. To this date my insurance company has not received the Letter of Guarantee needed to pay off my loan. I have called for a month straight and keep getting told to call back in 3-5 business days for a response to the email request. Now all numbers are down for scheduled maintenance or Unusually high call volume. I have already made 2 months of payments on a car that I haven't seen in 3 months. I will have to make another and deal with this company for another month, just so that I will meet the requirements of my GAP insurance, which I am sure they will screw up as well. There is nowhere to turn - all calls lead to the endless loop of sorry 3-5 days. User's recommendation: If your dealer offers Kia Finance - SAY NO!
