Total and utter frustration

I placed an order on April 11, 2021 was supposed to get 20% off. I didn't. I paid $15 for 2 day shipping. Took a week. I have called 5 times. I've gotten 5 different answers but still no refund! Today I was told I would see it in 5-10 business days. I doubt it, but we'll see. I guess I better love these shoes cause they cost more than I wanted to pay and looks like I'm stuck with them forever! Definitely closing this account!!
