Approximately 10 days ago, I ordered a " completely wireless" blue tooth surround sound speaker system to go with my new Samsung tv. The system is far from wireless as the speakers are connected by, (guess what...) wires. There is also no remote with which to control the system The system is complete crap. I have contacted customer support who only seem to be interested in coming up with excuses as to why the product cannot be returned. Techdeals and their support company support Heroes are completely worthless. Do not purchase anything through them as you will be completely ripped off!
