With my USA cell number again NO service when in Holland, even before I'd traveled to Holland (Europe) I topped up a 1 month 19 dollar Plan and, to be sure, on top of that a 10 dollar single recharge. When in Holland NO mobile networks and I searched for Mobile Networks maunaly, but it says; 'No networks available'. This happen every time I travel to Europe and I need my number for online banking. Very bad service!!! Photo shows my Dual SIM. SIM 1 is active (KPN mobile network), since I use this for phone calls in Holland. SIM 2 is the USA Lyca SIM.
