Took my money but refuse to ship my HMD

I purchased on the 18th of last month. Item marked as shipped to be received on the 26th. There has never been any tracking other than label created. Tracking moved to the 28th and has never moved in the system. I call every 3 days after I don't get any email or callbacks which are promised. I have spoken to 2 supervisors which both lied. One Named Diego and another named Shalphina, I have a case #. I believe I have been given a total of 4 now.. I was lied to again and again. The case #14513****x. I have spent approx. 10 hours on the phone. I get promised a call or email back every day I call but it never happens. My son's birthday came and went and I am nowhere closer to even knowing if he will get his gift. I was promised a call today and lied to again. We paid for the item some time ago and I understand that you sold out at the time but it is clear (and a huge insult) that your stock is replenished and we still can't get our HMD. I know I am just one customer but I deserve to be treated better than this. Jeez.
