Tom Warren promises a refund if you cancel . I canceled an event that he rescheduled due to a Hurricane. I requested a refund of $5.00 two times and have heard nothing back. This is not the first time. And it makes meetup look bad. I am considering not using meet-up or forming my own meet-up group if I can not get help. And Tom is not returning my emails. Help!
