I HAVE BEEN USING CHARMIN ULTRA SOFT TOILET PAPER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IN THE PAST YEAR OR YEAR AND A HALF WHEN I BUY THE TOILET PAPER (I HAVE SAMPLES OF OLD TOILET PAPER AND PRESENT TOILET PAPER) IT IS ROUGH AND SCRATCHY. YOU ARE CHARGING MORE AND GIVING US AN INFERIOR PRODUCT. I NEVER THOUGHT OF SWITCHING BUT I AM GOING TO UNLESS YOU CHANGE YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO WHAT IT WAS -- SOFT AND WONDERFUL. NORTHERN ULTRA PLUSH IS SOFT AND WONDERFUL LIKE CHARMIN USED TO BE. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY CHARMIN ULTRA SOFT TOILET PAPER ANY MORE GO TO NORTHER ULTRA PLUSH.
