I ordered my tickets on SeatGeek, I get the claim tickets email. I go to claim and it says another email address has already claimed the tickets I paid for. I instantly contact support via email and hear NOTHING back. So I come on this website two days ago and call their number directly the past two days and both times the man on the phone completely lied to me. Saying theyd call me back and send me a confirmation email, still got nothing. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. User's recommendation: Use ANY other service, SeatGeek is a scam.
