Original review updated by user Aug 10, 2021 BEWARE of Reservations.com. Their website is not cell phone friendly and geared towards the " no cancellation/refund possible" room choice. Plus they charge $19.99 booking fee which is predatory in my opinion. Then when I did have to cancel I had to call and then was disconnected. Book your hotel through other websites or directly from the hotel website. User's recommendation: Do NOT book your travel plans with this company!!
