My account was locked... it took me 3 weeks with Amazon going back and forth... I provided all the necessary documents they required to unlock my account.. after getting my account unlocked.. I went ahead and made some purchases.. Amazon locked my account again asking about the same card that they locked my account for the first time, I been explaining that I do not use that card. I provide ever information they ask of me.. and still it wasn't enough to get it unlock. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.. I will never refer anyone to shop on Amazon. Poor customer servicen
