To stop subscription and listing off!

I am still being charge from room stir for a subscription. I cancel my subscription the moment I stopped using it so Im asking why am I still getting money taken from you guys this is absolutely awful its a definite zero out of 10 for a review. I checked my subscriptions I do not have rooster as a subscription so please tell me how can I get my money back And how can I stop these payments from happening. User's recommendation: ZERO.
