I went to our local mall and went to order some food to take home and they said they were closed. It was 10 minutes before closing time and they were taking all the extras and a man was cleaning their grill. I worked many years in retail and I was always reminded that if you have a latecomer you still need to serve them regardless of the time. A girl behind the counter said Can I help you and I said yes I wanted to make a complaint. She said you need not be rude to me and I wasn't at all. She went on and on called me a *** *** and I was really pissed of at this point and I said it back to her. She said my father has been working over this hot grill all day. and he doesn't have to make you anything.I have decided to notify the better business bureau and she said go ahead I don't care. So I will be notifying them as well. I was told they talk filthy to people like that a lot so I have decided to report this. I told the girl I was going home to notify yelp and the b.b.b. bureau and tell people not to order from them and I did just that. The lost a $50.00 sale and I hoping they loose moreIf you feel like getting chewed out by a mouthy person that's the place to go. I strongly suggest that you don't order from them User's recommendation: Don't order food from them.
