To set up a payment arrangement

Wrong number and then hung up on me at 10:10 am on February 25. Extremely poor customer support. Have been on phone for 45 minutes trying to make payment arrangement. Speech impaired so computer does not understand me. All I need is a professional representative. I want some feedback on this issuel User's recommendation: Ask when this problem fixed.
