Don't give them your banking info. They will do everything in their power to make it impossible to cancel your membership, they'll charge you for services rendered during covid WHILE their gym's closed. I finally got so fed up with calling them and emailing them to cancel I had to change my banking info to get them to stop being leeches. Go to any other gym, just not these crooks. They also have no problems with letting older patrons aggressively take machines or equipment from younger ones. User's recommendation: Go to the YMCA; at least they're not crooks.
