I was trying to book a flight when I was in Phoenix to fly to San Juan Puerto Rico I understand that you do send fraud alerts but I was unable to book my flight at that time even though I responded to your alerts therefore they never did book my flight. I was unable to speak to anyone at Woodforest when I was going through this ordeal. Isnt there a 24 hr customer service?
