purchased new vehicle from jerry ulm, the hands down worst experience i've ever had purchasing! they tried to sneak in extended warranty and when i caught it the finance guy tried to play it off I asked them to remove it so they did, but what I didn't realize at time is they canceled my gap insurance with company i financed through also. spiteful arrogant person. User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE.
