PC Richard, is actually doing a great job in response to repairs. The problem is Samsung kitchen appliances. We spent over $5,000 on our appliance as they were on a great sale. Samsung is absolute garbage. Refrigerator ice maker 5 repairs. Cook top range, 2 going on 3 repairs. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG unless you pay for the extended warranty.
