My health insurance is very substandard and they recommend Ascension. Actually, Ascension is the only place I can go with my insurance. I had to have surgery and had to go to a different city for the procedure! The customer service is the only decent thing about the place. Provider and staff do not listen well nor get back to you quickly with results. You are left to feel like you and your health don't matter. I can't wait to switch insurance, so I can go anywhere but Ascension. User's recommendation: Don't go to Ascension if possible.
