To hard to get any assistance.

I had signed up for centurylink about 7 months ago. And didn't have internet for the first month. Do to a bad router. They sent me a new one. But still charged me for the first month. Then after about a month. I started having the same issues. Had about seven online tech's keep going through the same trouble shooting. Until finally got a field man out to solve it. And still got charged for that month. Another good month of service. And the problem started again. That's been about 2 months now. They have been complaining about not able to process payment. But I sit with no internet. Last time I contacted a representative. She said that my service has been discontinued because of none payment. I can't even laugh this one off.
