Havent heard anything , Left a message with my request for knowledge about a round-trip ticket and havent heard anything in almost 2 hours. If I dont hear tomorrow I guess I will try again. Its very hard to make a planned trip when nobody gets back to you User's recommendation: Keep trying, a human Has to be involved somewhere along the line.
