To complaint on lost items

I order 3 pcs of the item and i received only 1pcs. Beside that, i want white colour but i get purple...So i return the item with reason of wrong item. I cannot return the other 2 items because i not received it at all... so i ask fir refund of 3 item, however, lazada only refund me for 1pcs. What can i do to get back my money?
