To complain about my treatment by Aer Lingus regarding a cash refund due to a cancelled flight

I was due to fly to Cork from Bristol Airport on 19th May and return on 22nd of May with Aer Lingus. Due to the Covid 19 situation and government restrictions on travel to the Republic of Ireland, I did not take the flights which, in any case ,I believe, were cancelled. Having completed a claim form requesting a full cash refund I received a case reference number, 540****. However, in spite of repeated emails to Aer Lingus, I am still waiting for a full cash settlement . User's recommendation: Don’t trust Aer Lingus. They are happy to take your money but unwilling to refund when they haven’t delivered the service.
