The operator was very ignorant as too what I needed done. Tractor supply card company can allocate my funds. I do not need to call a bank to do that. I tried online but couldn"t do it. I really don't even think she even understood what I wanted. She was rude and frankly I don't think she wanted to do her job. I could go on but at this point it would be in anger.
