July 4 I dropped my iPhone 11 two stories and it was smashed to bits and after the holiday I contacted ASURION and paid almost $250 to have another iPhone 11 shipped out and when it finally arrived it was black flagged or black listed its July 24th and I still do not have a working phone yet, my iPad Pro 11 had an activation lock and became useless. I finally got a lady with ASURION to take pity on me and my situation and she decided to send me out a new iPad Pro 11 and a new iPhone 11 and said they should arrive iPad yes, iPhone no User's recommendation: Be very cautious.
