Title Department Horrible Customer Service

title requested in 12/2020 for the state-to-state title transfer, calls, and emails in January February, and now March... No Title received by South Dakota. No cooperation from customer service other than they will email the title department! South Dakota is now assessing us 10% of the taxable amount for every day the title is not in South Dakota. I will retort to calls to Hyundai Motor Finance every day until the title is sent. User's recommendation: Do Not Use Hyundai Motor Finance.
