Having 9 cameras and 5 solor panels, only half the order was correct in color but in addition it turns out this is another one of those companies that prefers to make their customers have to deal with over seas support who can barely speak English and have lousy attitudes to boot! By the time youve invested hours trying to figure out how to speak with a support representative in the United States, youre just done with the b s and hang up. All I want to know is why my cameras go black intermittently and also dont record as programmed? Does ring have access to my cccameras a User's recommendation: Be aware of the trouble it is in contacting support in the United States and how frustrating this company is when you actually need support.
