Reported tiny pinhole in Ritz sleeve and was told by both a Mondelez representative and executive that a machine caused this hole during the production process. Both people assured me that my complaint would be forwarded to Quality Control but I couldn't help but feel after both conversations that my complaint was not being taken seriously or at least not as serious as I believe it should be taken. You should never find *** of any size in any foodstuff packaging. It is just shocking to think that both Mondelez reps automatically blamed it on a machine.
