Time-consuming and cumbersome
I went on to apply online for the credit card with the bank, took care to upload carefully every document they required, scanned my picture in good resolution and uploaded it also. After submitting all that and waiting for 3 banking days, I received a request from the operations manager asking to upload more additional documents, including my id picture. After I asked why should I do it again, they said they received it in poor quality and could not process it. I have no idea what was wrong with them as I took a picture of my id with the professional camera I own, in perfect resolution and was able to submit it to even government institutions with no problem.
