Online banking not working and unable to reset online have to call and wait for them to call you back There is are no more paper statements, so unable to check your account or get tax info

This is a recurring problem , happened at least 3 times in the past 4 months . I hope they fix this as soon as possible. Causing a lot of distress may force to close the account
