We purchase tickets last year to fly to Cancun, but due to the virus we could not make it. We contacted the airline last year about the situation we were told that we can reschedule for a later date. We are having a hard time rescheduling our tickets due to your airline. I was told I had to fill out a voucher form and I did that two days ago.
