4 family tickets on Jun, 2020 with the below information have been cancelled by the Saudi airlines due to covid19 measures and KSA travel restrictions. I submitted a refund request in Sep2020 through the online refund process and the 4tickets got rejected, went t the sales office and they submitted another request but still not refunded. call center sometime inform me to update the IBAN and second time told me they are old tickets thats why they are requested and asked me to raise a complain.
