ticket office batu caves not good service & attitude to customer

Sep 13 1pm I want bought the KTM ticket to KL station from baru caves station. I saw ppl in front my q request to purchase KTM cards. Her said not frequently user & stay in KL. Counter ppl mad to her and force her to purchase & malaysian need to use KTM card. When my turn I give him RM10.50 and said 1 ticket to kl station. He give me 2 tickets. I said 1 person. He attitude very bad and return back RM7.90 :( I just take ktm train from kl station to baru caves. Why return fares more 10cents? I also malaysian why no need purchase ktm cards at counter kl and baru caves station? Maybe ktm have double standard for the ticket. I think all KTM ticket need to have good attitude and service to improve Malaysia image to all oversea and malaysian.
