I’m a life long Lilly customer and it’s been passed down in my family for generations. I know a lot of people only write reviews when they have a negative experience. My experiences have been delightful both in stores and with online orders. Yes, there are delays and a few bumps in the road with APS orders - if you can try to go to a store or boutique to shop the APS. I also really recommend reading customer reviews before a purchase they will let you know if items run small or TTS. Lilly has a True Size guide on their website that is very helpful!
