I have over 8000 blue chip points that have been deleted! on my current printout of blue point expiration it says dec 31 2021 or 24 month of inactivity ! I have a print out of 1124 pts earned October of 2019 that's not 24 months ago. I spoke with thrifty person in April about using these points and I was told I have till dec 31 2021. My blue chip no [protected] and I have many rentals since oct 2019 that have not been added. I've been a loyal trifty customer and would like to use the points I earned.
