Three months of billing after cancellation

Contract expired in August of last year. Six months later at end of Feb 2020, I called FPS to cancel. We need a written email. says rep, and you will be billed in March for Feb service. I receive the FPS email confirming all this, and reply to it with formal cancellation email. I unplug the FPS console. Several days later, I am still getting messages that the console has lost power. I email FPS again, reminding them I have cancelled. No response received. They billed me in March as they said. Well and good. Then they billed me again in April, and again in May! The automated emails received from FPS clearly show the console has not been in communication since March 2, I sent two cancellation emails and called once, and they are still billing me two months later. Amazing! User's recommendation: Go with another company. FPS is not trustworthy if you need to cancel service.
