Received this boot a year ago as a gift never worn them, due to Im a Uggs girl. Started a new job with Amazon, on 01/19/2020, we received a lot of snow in Cleveland this day, and as I headed out on my delivery was feel very good about this boot, feet was warm, dry. Two hours in I look down and not one but both boot have detached from sole, as seen in photos, not please at all, and what will this company do for this costumer, whish had nothing to to do wear, again only worn them once?
