This trip was a terrible nightmare.

Hello ! HOW IS MY COMPLAINT CURRENTLY GOING? Is it to the greyhound customers service center to file a complaint? Despite inquiring about the current situation last week through the contact greyhound. I 'm curious as there is no answer. Should I just wait? How long? I don't know what to do. please advice N help me. thank you. young. 4/17. 5/9. 5/16.2021 I'm 72 years old man as a korean-American.
