Representative asked to submit proof of purchase in order to send replacement order since Moter is not working . I dont have the purchase receipt and even no ones keep purposes receipt for a while . I am not happy to with service and need resolution User's recommendation: I will not recommend due to customer support team did not resolve and even never buy this product.
