Syn. Bank has caused so many problems with two of my accounts. First Sleep Number and second Chevron. I had to cancel my Chevron account because Syn. Bank could fix the problem on my birthday. I was told I would have to submit my DL for proof of my birthday on a card I have had for 38 years. This was after being told that "THEY" were having a problem with birth dates with the conversion from Chevron to Syn. Bank So long Chevron after 38 years of doing business with you. Boy, did you guys make a mistake! User's recommendation: NO!!!!! A thousand times no!
