This company sucks-never use them

I have a pre-paid Lyca Mobile sim card and a bought a card that I can re-charge. It worked OK for a couple years, although I often had to call them. This time I loaded up $15 and got a message saying my number has been suspended and I need to buy a monthly plan!!!!! I called several times yesterday and got a recording saying to call back during business hours between 11 and 8 Monday to Saturday! I called the number on the back of the recharge card. They told me that the $15 did indeed go to my card, and if the number is suspended that I need to call "the carrier". It is now nearly noon on Monday. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes. I suspect this is a sleazy English company run by Indians that have no idea about service.
