This company is nuts. BJ fired me because I made him aware of what’s going on within the company... sexual harassment at LS22 base by Chris W. (Owner doesn’t do anything about it and totally ignores the fact), which I have proof for, maintenance issues, like broken Gov, worn out Transmission mounts, skipping maintenance on aircraft, because that greedy owner wants to keep the aircraft flying and bases open. Most of the aircraft break down on a regular basis. E.g. broken brakes or cracks on the wings on the KingAirs, a crack in the main structure of the tail boom on N917MD, Gov. controller on 45EA, and so on...
