This company is unreliable and impossible to work with.
Update by user Jun 12, 2021 After many phone calls, I finally talked to someone that would help me. She assure me this time I was taken off the automatic reorder status but they never put this in writing. We did end up having to pay for postage to return the filters but we did get a refund. I will not purchase filters through them again. Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 I finally received the filters on May 3, 2021. However, they did not fit my current fridge. Mary from Clatterans finally contacted me on May 5, 2021. She assured me she would send a confirmation of my cancelation via e-mail. She also said she would send me instructions to return these filters so I could get credit for them. To date, I have not received any of these documents she promised to send via email. User's recommendation: Do not deal with this company. You time and frustration is not worth whatever savings you make on your purchase.
