I have used this company for the past 5 homes I have owned, including the one I reside in currently ( which I am cancelling service today!) I started service in February for a rental. I had to reschedule the turn on because they gave me the right date. I sold the home the end of Feb and called into disconnect, never happened! And they sent it to collections......NO one at this company us competent and claim to record every call. they sent it to collections~!!!!! User's recommendation: Do NOT use them, plus they are higher in cost than anyone else!
