I had a joint account with my late husband. Because PR laws for inheritance are so complex my daughter and I went to a lawyer in PR for all legal documents. After lots of money spent and 3 months of wait we needed to fly to PR to give in person all the papers required by this bank. No one told us or theres nothing written that says that now we must wait 20 laboral days to give me MY MONEY User's recommendation: Never use this bank.
