Ride overall was not bad . However shuttle was 2 hours late , and they NEVER called me nor texted me to let me know . Tried to call but is clised after 5 pm . When i called by 4:20 i was told it was on its way ( lie ) then when i called by 4 :45 the response was rude and dismissive as " i told you its on its way " ( lie again ) . After 5 no one answer , left many messages but no call Pickup was supposed to be at 4 and van showed up by 5:45 . No aplogogies , no call and no explanation . Unproffesional and unaceptable behavior . Complained to superviser by email and letter and not even an apolgy nor response . Inconsiderate behavior .
