The spray tan machine didnt work and I wanted to do it again but she wanted to charge me and Im not going to pay when I never did it to begin with. She said she could not refund my money. I already pay a monthly subscription of $60 and then I have to pay for add ons when I get a spray tan. I am not going to pay for one twice when I didnt even spray the first time. Every time I go in there they have some kind of computer issue or some other issue. It is ridiculous. The staff is not properly trained and the beds are broken. User's recommendation: New manager and trained staff new protocols.
